Their changes have a lot to do with the person they falling love with, so, no surprise at all, Raymond becomes more political, towards the end, he wants to be the emperor. As for Ron, he becomes more "religious", for him, power and money takes no affect on him. Ron is the peaceful kind, so there are great differences between the two...

          Music teacher and househusband Joe Ma meets the lively and energetic TV director Jessica Hsuan and falls in love at first sight when introduced by one of Joe's friends and have a whirlwind romance and get married. However, before they have become accustomed to married life, they became 'parents' to their five nephews and nieces and having responsibility for raising them up due to reasons from their father and their mothers death. Joe and Jessica's personalities and attitudes towards teaching the children are at different extremes, but the two use an incomparable amount of love and care to turn danger into opportunity. However the good times do not stay and the real reason behind the death of the children's father is discovered and they   misunderstand Joe and Jessica and decide to leave home! Joe and Jessica overcome many difficulties to find them, but when they really see the couple as their 'true parents', their relationship starts to fall apart and there are red lights for their marriage as the five kids are faced with a broken family once again. Don Li then falls in love with a girl, but for many reasons due to Joe they werent allowed to see each other... the realtionship with the kids is extremely close and they are very loyal to one another. As Jessica's admirer Michael comes along and asks if she wants to worrk for him, and over in Hollywood as well...  Joe and Jessica's relationship are on the rocks. While Jessica's over America, Mimi Lo starts to hang around with their family; helping out on cooking washing and whatever you can think of! then Auntie Laura starts to think that there's something between them so then she calls Jessica and tells them about them... then once again their relationship is wrecked by Auntie Laura by adding salt and pepper to what has happened...

             The story begins with Michael Miu's story and how he lost his son. Michael resigned his work as a police, and opened up a detective (spy) business to look for his son. After two years, Michael still couldn't find his son back, even with the help from Bernice, Power and Vivian. All four of them managed to help others to find their missing things, but won't able to find Michael's son back. Meanwhile, Michael met Melissa, who helped him with his detective business... Michael build good relationship with detective Kenneth Ma, together, they solved some cases. After some cases, Michael discovered that his son was dead, but soon later, he realized everything was a set-up. When Michael find the real truth behind his son's disappearance, he was hurt. Melissa was there to support and help him. At the same time, Kenneth had a crush on Bernice, the two had hard time telling each other about their true feelings...

         The story is base on a fantasy story. Kenix Kwok plays a rich man's daughter, who accidentally swallowed ten pearls, which leads to the birth of the ten brothers. At the time Kenix was pregnant, her father rejected her, everyone misunderstood her. Only Frankie Lam was willing to do anything to support her and help her. Frankie is a very poor guy, who sells sweet desert for living, he has a crush on Kenix ever since childhood. When Kenix was rejected by everyone, Frankie gave her the support she needed, so they end up live together, then 10 brothers were born. The ten brothers grew up in just one night, that scared Kenix and Frankie away. Jack Wu and Lam Yuen Ying got lost, and ending up at the villain's (Liu Kai Chi) family. The other eight brothers were making a mess at the village. Kenix and Frankie soon realized that they need to educate them and not treating them as monsters. They took the eight brothers to live at a different village, together they help the brothers become better people. Later, each of the brothers discovered that they all have their own unique skills, they began to accept and use their skills to help people. After some problems and difficulties, all ten brothers were finally reunited, but only found out the fact that they don't belong on earth...

      Gallen Lo is orphaned at young age and was adopted by Paul Chun (Ding Rong Bang), a renowned jeweller in Hong Kong who treats him like his real son. On a trip to Perth, Australia, he meets Cheng Tian Lan (Jessica Hsuan) and they had a few incidents, which sort of bring them together. As they are about to begin a relationship together, Gallen is called back to Hong Kong because of his father's side business. And due to this incident, he gets into trouble with the law; he crosses paths with an undercover police officer, Zhong Shou Kang (Deric), who happens to be his long lost brother. He also faces prosecution by Jessica, who happens to be the Deputy Prosecutor for the case. However, he manages to embark on a relationship with Jessica though they face a rocky beginning. However, in the middle of their relationship, they face a new crisis -- Fu, who sacrifices much for Gallen. As a result, Gallen decides to give up the relationship because of obligation to Fu.
